07 / Regulatory
Built to operate within the regulatory perimeter.
PulaPay engages regulators before entering new markets. Institutional deployment is conditional on the applicable regulatory, contractual and technical requirements.
01 / Role and boundaries
Infrastructure. Not a bank.
PulaPay is the payment orchestration and interoperability layer built to connect financial systems. It is not a bank, does not take deposits and does not hold itself out as licensed.
Customer money is meant to be held through regulated institutions, separate from PulaPay’s own funds. The relevant arrangements and responsibilities must be established before deployment.
Company registration is not a payment-service licence. Regulatory engagement is not an authorisation to commence operations.
